Teen Self-Awareness

Thanks for visiting www.teenselfawareness.org. We are here to support healthy teen relationships by helping to identify relationship abuse, teach healthy relationship tools and refer to local resources if you or someone you know is  being abused or might be involved in a potentially abusive relationship.

Teen Self-Awareness is a non-profit organization whose main goal is to help educate young people about Domestic Violence. 

We strive to reach young women who are currently involved in abusive relationships, or young women who are dealing with the aftermath of an abusive relationship.

We educate young girls on the signs of potentially abusive and unhealthy relationships. Currently we are targeting young women ages 9 -18, but we will work with anyone that needs help.

We will be providing Teen Self-Awareness Educational classes once a month starting March 2010, the exact dates and location will be posted at a later date.

What We Do

We provide support group and speaking services to those effected by Teen Domestic violence.

We speak at schools, in the workplace, and to community groups and churches on a wide variety of domestic violence related topics.

We offer education classes which focus on Teen Domestic Violence. These classes are a place were young women can open up about what they have been through. Even if they need to just talk about an abusive relationship they have witnessed. By sharing these stories with each other they can create a support system to help get through their situations.
